Ashland Foundry replaced 400-watt and 100-watt halide fixtures with LED high-bay fixtures and reduced its electricity bill by $85,652 since deployment. Digital Lumens’ lighting system was able to provide the manufacturer energy savings, control with lighting schedules, double the light levels, durable LED fixtures for harsh working conditions, and a maintenance-free operation.
